NATIVE LANDS COURT.

Notice under the Native Land Acts, 1873-74, of Times and Places for Investigating Claims.

NOTICE is hereby given that at the Court fixed to be holden at Marton, Rangitikei, on the 12th day
of May, 1880, the claims on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose names
are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks of land of which
the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published in the
Schedule hereunder, will be investigated.

SCHEDULE.

Aperahama Tipae, Ropata Rangitahua, and Kerenene Pakura Otairi, near Rangitikei Bounded towards the North by the Mangapapa Stream, towards the North-east by unsurveyed Native land, towards the South-east by Otamakapua and Mangamoko Blocks, towards the South by Rangatira and Paraekaretu Blocks, and towards the West by Turakina River, and containing 58,944 acres The maps of such of these lands as have been surveyed can be seen at the office of the Native Land Court, Whanganui.
Utiku Potaka, Paramena Te Naonao, Wiari Turoa, Retimana Ngarongo, and Raitatu Te Rangi Otairi, near Rangitikei The boundaries commence at Mangatiwheka, turn along its course, Te Tawhiti Makohine, Taokopu, Mangaporo, Te Waitetapia, Mangaone Stream, turn along the stream, Waimanu, Uumuroa, the mouth of Mangaone, the mouth of Mangapapa, run on to Turakina, Tiriraukawa, turn to Pourewa, Tapuepue, Mangaonoho, Taumatamiro, Te Kiekie, Makohine, the mouth of Rangitikei, bends along the Rangitikei, Te Tapui, Makio, Piwharangi, Te Puka, Oao, Pouwhakarua, Te Rata, Moawhiti, and arrive at Mangatiwheka
Hone Tumango, Reneti Tapa, and Hakaraia Korako Otairi No. 1, near Whanganui Commence at Pourewa, at the inland boundary of Paraekaretu, proceed along that line as far as Turakina, along the Turakina River as far as the mouth of Mangapapa, along the Mangapapa Stream as far as the mouth of Mangaone, run along Mangaone to Wereti, turn to Te Kumu, run along the stream of Pourewa to the commencement
Wiremu Te Ahuru, Hamiora Te Hunga, and Aperahama Tipae Rotomapua Whakaware, near Whangaehu Commence at Ouereinga on the Whangaehu River, run along the Whangaehu as far as the stream of Takapunui, proceed to Otumaewa, Turakina, and along the survey line of Ouereinga on the Whangaehu
Aperahama Tipae, Hunia Te Hakeke, Reupena Kewetone, Te Wawatene Te Ranginui, Hamiora Te Hungaoterangi, Wunu Te Ahuru, Reweti Pakuru, Karena Te Mana-o-Tawhaki, Utiku Marumaru, Eruera Turangapito, Paora Tarau, Ihakara Rangiahua, and Hone Waitere Rangatira, Rangitikei... Commence at Pakihiroa on the line of Paraekaretu, arrive at Parikawau, and at Te Karangi, turn thence and proceed along the line of Kerenene, Otairi, arrive at Tikongamorunga, run on to Te Kiekie, Makohine, turn along the Rangitikei River, Pinui, Otauira, Waiwhero, Teewe, Tauawhi, Tawahuruhuru, Mangaonoho, Tupapa, Kohuroa, Te Whakapuni, Te Mimiohaua, Raepaoa, Wairapukao, Tiritiri, Kohairoa, Tapapaatane, Te Ahikawau, Te Maire, Tuparua, Makaraka, Tahuhuorongo, Moengaaitanga, Te Akatarewa, Te Rongomotumotu, Tapora-pora, Putorino, Okopae, Pirihakoa-koa, Patumahoe, Waimanu, Omare, Parekokako, join the line of Taraketi, proceed along that line, and arrive at Pakihiroa, the commencement
