under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same
within one calendar month after the date of the
Gazette containing this notice.

TELFER CORBETT, formerly of Tuakau, in the said
provincial district, Doctor of Medicine (deceased),
having applied to be registered as Proprietor in fee-
simple in all that parcel of land situated in the Parish
of Tuakau, containing 100 acres, more or less, being
Allotment 49 of the said parish, the whole of the
land included in existing Crown grant, Vol. x., folio
90 of the Register-book; also Allotment 73 of the
said parish, containing 2 roods, and the whole of the
land included in Vol. xii., folio 144 of the Register-
book: Notice is hereby given that the Applicant
will be registered accordingly, unless caveat be lodged
forbidding the same on or before the 26th day of
May next.
