Section numbered 62 of afore-mentioned block: as

ment for education.

of Taranaki, containing by admeasurement 117 acres
3 roods, being Section numbered 46 on the map
of Block VI., Ngaire Survey District. Bounded
towards the North by a road, 2014.8 links; towards
the East by Section 47, 5927 links; towards the
South by Block X, 1999 links; and towards the
West by Section 45, 5817 links. As an endowment
for education.

WHEREAS by the one hundred and forty-fourth
section of "The Land Act, 1877," it is enacted
that the Governor may from time to time, either by
general or particular description, and whether the
same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale
temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be
then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands
which, in his opinion, are required for any of the pur-
poses in the said section mentioned:

Now, therefore, I, Sir Hercules George Robert
Robinson, the Governor of the Colony of New
Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers
and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do
hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in
the Provincial District of Hawke's Bay described in
the Schedule hereunder written, for the purpose in
the said Schedule specified.

trict of Hawke's Bay, containing by admeasurement
2 roods 31 perches, more or less, being Section No.
7, Block III., in the Township of Ormondville, Takapau
Survey District. Bounded towards the North-east

the railway reserve, 204 links; towards the South-
west by Section No. 6, 347 links; and towards the
North-west by Section No. 8, 218 links: as the same
is delineated on the plan deposited in the Survey
