NATIVE LANDS COURT.
Notice under the Native Land Acts, 1873-74, of Times and Places for Investigating Claims.

NOTICE is hereby given that at the Court fixed to be holden at Cambridge, Waikato, on the 10th day
of May next, the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose names are
mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks of land, of which
the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published in
the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated.

Paora Karetai, Kaka-

Te Konga, Te Tupara,
Tokoaitua, Piripi Hopo,
Aporo Tokoaitua, Ka-
terina Taruke, Kaiapa,
Paretia, Pini, Ngahana
Koraria, Wiremu To-
kohihi, and others | Te Whaiti and Kuranui,
near Waihou, Wai-
kato | Commences at Tuaraparaharaha on the
Waihou River, runs directly along
the boundary of the Okauia Block,
Haukapa, Whenuakura, turns and
proceeds along the Government con-
fiscation line to Pouwhenua Station,
and Opoutihi, it turns and runs
directly to Te Whaiti, along the
boundary dividing Patetere from
Rotorua, runs along the Oraka
Stream until it reaches the line of
the Government, reserving the lands
under purchase by them, turns and
runs along that line to Waihou, and
runs along Waihou until it closes up
at Tuaraparaharaha | The maps of such of these lands as have been surveyed, can be
seen at the Resident Magistrate's Court, Hamilton. |

thence to Kaiputa and Kaingakaka ;
on the North—Takaurunga and Te
Whakarotonga, here it turns to the
East side to Rataroa; turns to the
North-east to Whenuakura; thence
it runs along the Karaka boundary to
Mangarauaruhe, runs along Tuarapa-
raharaha boundary, and the Orangita-
nuku boundary to the commencement,
near Te Karaka and Tuaraparaharaha,
and on the Western side by the
Tuaraparaharaha boundary | ... |
