Sale of Crown Lands, Wellington Land District.
THE following sections of Crown lands, situate in the Town-
ships of Palmerston, Bunnythorpe, and Mauriceville; also
pastoral land in the Whareama, Rangitumau, Pahaua, Waipoua,
Awhea, and Taratahi Plain Blocks, and sections in the Horo-
kiwi Valley and Waitotara Districts, will be offered for sale by
public auction, at the Crown Lands Office, Wellington, on
Wednesday, the 28th April next, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon,
at the upset prices herein set forth.
Also for sale on application and deferred payments, rural
sections in Mangaone, Hutt, and Horokiwi Valley Districts,
and in the Townships of Carnarvon, Fitzherbert, and Maurice-
ville, on Tuesday, the 27th April next. In case two or more
applications are put in on the same day for the same sections,
an auction will be held on the following day, between the appli-
cants only.
