NOTICE.

Native Land Court Office,
Auckland, March 20th, 1880.

WHEREAS by an Order in Council made on the 12th day of August, 1879, it was ordered by His Excellency
the Governor in Council, under "The Native Land Act, 1873," "The Native Land Act, 1874," and
"The Native Land Act, 1878," that the claim of Peri Te Huhu and others, to a piece of land situate at
Herekino, in the District of Hokianga, called Paku, heard anddetermined by the Native Land Court of
New Zealand, on the 12th day of February, 1879, at Herd's Point, in the said district, should be reheard
before the said Court, and that such rehearing shall take place before the 26th day of April, 1880:
Now, I hereby give notice, that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Herd's Point,
Hokianga, on the 24th day of April next, for the rehearing of the aforenamed claim.
