DISTRICT OF NAPIER. PROVINCIAL DISTRICT OF HAWKE'S BAY.
A sitting of the Native Land Court of New Zealand, begun and holden at Napier, in the District
of Napier, on the 16th day of July, 1879, and ended on the 22nd day of July, 1879, before
Theophilus Heale, Esquire, Judge, and Hone Taipua, Assessor:
In the matter of the application of persons for the investigation of their claim to be interested in the
block of land named in the first column of the Schedule hereto attached, it was ordered that a memorial
of the ownership of the several persons respectively named in the third column of the aforesaid Schedule
be inscribed on a separate folium of the Court Rolls.
Witness the hand of Francis Dart Fenton, Esquire, Chief Judge, and the Seal of the said
Court this 26th day of February, 1879.
