BROWN, of New Plymouth, Civil Com-
missioner, has lodged with me a statutory declara-
tion of the loss of the Crown grant for Sections Nos.
9, 10, 11, and 12 of Block LXXXVIII., on the plan
of the Township of Raleigh West, registered in the
Register-book, Vol. i., folio 117, and has applied for
a provisional certificate of title to be issued to him
pursuant to section 104 of the said Act: And notice
is hereby further given that a provisional certificate
of title will be so issued, unless caveat be lodged
forbidding the same within fourteen days from the
date of the Gazette containing this notice.
