SON, of Great King and Cumberland Streets,
Dunedin, New Zealand Soap Manufacturers, have
applied to register under "The Trade Marks Act,
1866," the trade mark of which the following is a
description:—

Description of Trade Mark.

An eight-pointed star, with a small circular orifice
in the centre; over the star the words "M. Bardsley
and Son" in a semicircle; under the star the
numerals "1859;" on the left-hand side of the star
the word "Prize," and on the right-hand side the
word "Pale."

Nature of the Article to which it is intended such
Trade Mark shall apply.
