Trustee appointed for Alexandra Cemetery.

HERCULES ROBINSON, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and
authorities vested in me by the fourth section of
"The Cemeteries Management Act, 1877," I, Sir
Hercu les George Robert Robinson, the Governor of
the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

EDWARD PHILLIPS

to be a Trustee, in place of Lawrence Carsley Brady,
resigned, to provide for the maintenance and care of
the Alexandra Public Cemetery, in conjunction with
the other persons appointed by warrant under the
hand of His Excellency the Governor on the
eighteenth day of February, one thousand eight
hundred and seventy-eight.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this ninth day of March, one
thousand eight hundred and eighty.

Trustees appointed for Maintenance of Little Akaroa
Public Cemetery.

HERCULES ROBINSON, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and au-
thorities vested in me by the second section of
"The Cemeteries Management Act, 1877," I, Sir
Hercu les George Robert Robinson, the Governor of
the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the
several persons whose names are specified in the first
column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to
provide for the maintenance and care of the public
cemetery specified in the second column of the said
Schedule.

Barker. All that parcel of land at Little Akaroa, in
George Ashton. the Provincial District of Canterbury, con-
Henry Bennett. taining 2 acres, more or less. Bounded--

James Speight. Southward by the road leading to Long-
look-out Point; and Eastward by Section
No. 409.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this ninth day of March, one
thousand eight hundred and eighty.

Public Cemetery.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and
authorities vested in me by the second section
of "The Cemeteries Management Act, 1877," I, Sir
Hercu les George Robert Robinson, the Governor of
the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the
several persons whose names are specified in the
first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees
to provide for the maintenance and care of the public
cemetery specified in the second column of the said
Schedule.

Peter Brown. the East by a road, 418 links; on the
South by a line, 1682 links; and on the
West by a road, 323 links.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this ninth day of March, one
thousand eight hundred and eighty.
