tion of the loss of grant from the Crown to

CARPENTER of Allotment 620, in the Town of
Newcastle, County of Waikato, containing 27
perches, more or less, and being the whole of the
land included in Crown grant, Vol. x., folio 221, of
the Register-book, having been filed in this office,
and application having been made for the issue of a
provisional certificate for the same, it is my inten-
tion to issue such certificate, unless caveat be lodged
forbidding the same on or before the 29th day of
March next.

A PPLICATION having been made to me to
register certain instruments affecting Rural
Sections Nos. 97, 159, and 160, Woodville, in the
Provincial District of Hawke's Bay, of which sections
ALFRED JARMAN is registered as Proprietor,
and a declaration by the said proprietor of the loss
of the Crown grant of the said land having been
lodged with me, I hereby give notice that I shall, at
the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the
Gazette containing this notice, comply with such
application, unless caveat forbidding me to do so be
lodged at this office in the meantime.
