SUPPLEMENT
TO THE
NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE
OF THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 1880.

WELLINGTON, TUESDAY, MARCH 2, 1880.
10th and 11th March to be Bank Half-holidays and
12th March to be a Bank Holiday in Wanganui.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of all powers and
authorities enabling me in that behalf, I, Her-
cules George Robert Robinson, the Governor of the
Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and
declare that, by an Order in Council made under the
provisions of "The Bank Holidays Act, 1873," and
"The Bank Holidays Amendment Act, 1878," and
bearing date the nineteenth day of February, one
thousand eight hundred and eighty, I have appointed
Wednesday, the tenth day of March next, and
Thursday, the eleventh day of March next, to be
observed as bank half-holidays, and Friday, the twelfth
day of March next, to be observed as a bank holiday
within the Borough of Wanganui, under and for the
purposes of the said Acts.
Given under the hand of His Excellency
Sir Hercules George Robert Robinson,
Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distin-
guished Order of Saint Michael and Saint
George, Governor and Commander-in-
Chief in and over Her Majesty's Colony
of New Zealand and its Dependencies,
and Vice-Admiral of the same; and issued
under the Seal of the said Colony, at
Dunedin, this twenty-sixth day of Feb-
ruary, in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and eighty.

eight hundred and eighty, I have declared that
Thursday, the eleventh day of March instant, and
Friday, the twelfth day of March instant, shall be
bank holidays within the Borough of Marton and
Counties of Wanganui, Rangitikei, and Patea, under
and for the purposes of the said Act.
