Description of Land.—Maungaharuru Survey Dis-
trict: Some of the sections contain open land; Sections
5, 6, 7, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 have frontage to the
Napier-Taupo Road. Patoka Survey District: The
surface of the sections is generally undulating, with
mixed timber and scrub, patches of open fern country
in some of the sections. Section 128 all bush, mixed
timber, level country.
NOTE.—Plans may be seen, and further particulars
of the land obtained, on application at this office.
Terms of sale: One-fourth of purchase-money to
be paid at the time of sale, and the balance within
one month thereafter.
Crown-grant fees to be paid on completion of pur-
chase.
