N OTICE is hereby given that JOHN ROUGHAN,
of Lawrence, Hotelkeeper, and PHILIP
DUFFY, of Tuapeka, Farmer, claiming as Devisees
under the Will of DANIEL HOWARD, late of Lawrence,
Farmer, deceased, have made application to be regis-
tered as Proprietors of an estate in fee-simple, in
Section 10, Block IV., Tuapeka East District, com-
prised in Provisional Register, Vol. v., folio 229; and
that the said John Roughan and Philip Duffy will
be so registered as such proprietors, unless caveat
be lodged at this office forbidding the same within
one calendar month from the date of publication of
this notice.
