Agricultural Lease cancelled.

IT is hereby notified that agricultural lease No.
1253c, of Sections 5 and 13, Block I., M.R.,
Wakatipu, issued to Johnston Kyle, under "The
Gold Fields Act, 1866," and regulations thereunder,
has, with the approval of the Land Board of the
Otago Land District, been declared cancelled; and
that the land is now open for occupation as if no
lease thereof had been granted..

POHUI BUSH.

Description of Land. - Maungaharuru Survey Dis-
trict: Some of the sections contain open land; Sections
5, 6, 7, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 have frontage to the
Napier-Taupo Road. Patoka Survey District: The
surface of the sections is generally undulating, with

mixed timber and scrub, patches of open fern country
in some of the sections. Section 128 all bush, mixed
timber, level country.
NOTE.-Plans may be seen, and further particulars
of the land obtained, on application at this office.
Terms of sale: One-fourth of purchase-money to
be paid at the time of sale, and the balance within
one month thereafter.
Crown-grant fees to be paid on completion of pur-
chase.

NOTICE is hereby given to the claimants under
mentioned that a sitting of the Land Claims
Court for the purpose of a final adjudication on their
respective claims will be holden at the City of Wel-
lington on Monday, the 1st day of March, 1880,
commencing at 10 o'clock in the forenoon.
All claimants entitled to make a selection of land
in satisfaction of awards heretofore made who have
failed to make their selections and to have the same
surveyed, or who, having made their selection, shall
fail to produce surveys thereof to the said Court, and
all claimants from whom surveys of their claims have
been required who shall fail to produce them to the
said Court, and all claimants who shall fail to appear
at the said Court to have their respective claims
finally determined, shall be deemed respectively to
have abandoned their claims, and every claimant
failing as aforesaid shall have no further right, title,
or interest in respect of his claim, or in respect of
any land the subject of such claim.
