Now, therefore, I, Sir Hercules George Robert
Robinson, the Governor of the Colony of New Zea-
land, by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said colony, and in exercise
and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested
in me by the ninth section of the Act aforesaid, do
hereby define the change of purpose of the lands
described in the first column of the Schedule hereto
to be from that named in the second column of the
Schedule to those named in the third column of the
Schedule hereto respectively.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Taranaki, containing one (1) acre and eight (8) perches, more or less, being part of the piece of land known as the Prison Reserve, formerly part of Native Reserve No. 1, Fitzroy District, situate in Block 4 of the Paritutu Sur- vey District. Bounded to- wards the North by other part of the said Prison Re- serve, one thousand and twenty-eight (1028) links; towards the East by Native Reserve No. 1, one hundred and forty-one (141) links; towards the South by other part of the said Prison Re- serve, one thousand and sixty-seven (1067) links; and towards the West by Barrett Road, one hundred and seventeen (117) links. |
