Now, therefore, I, Sir Hercules George Robert
Robinson, the Governor of the Colony of New Zea-
land, by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said colony, and in exercise
and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested
in me by the ninth section of the Act aforesaid, do
hereby define the change of purpose of the lands
described in the first column of the Schedule hereto
to be from that named in the second column of the
Schedule to those named in the third column of the
Schedule hereto respectively.
