NOTICE.
Native Land Court Office,
Auckland, January 10th, 1880.
WHEREAS by an Order in Council made the 28th of February, 1879, it was ordered by His Excellency
the Governor in Council, under "The Native Land Act, 1873," "The Native Land Act, 1874," and
"The Native Land Act, 1878," that the claim of Pita Te Heuhéu and others, to a piece of land situate at
Waingaromia, in the District of Poverty Bay, called Waingaromia No. 2, heard and determined by the
Native Land Court of New Zealand, at Gisborne, in the said district, on the 20th day of December, 1876,
should be reheard before the said Court, and that such rehearing shall take place before the 10th day of
March, 1880:
Now, I hereby give notice that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Gisborne, Poverty
Bay, on the 5th day of March next, for the rehearing of the aforenamed claim.

Excellency the Governor in Council, under "The Native Land Act, 1873," and "The Native Land
Act, 1874," that the claim of Erueti Tamaikoha and others, to a piece of land situated at Waimana, in the
district of the Bay of Blenty, called Waimana, heard and determined by the Native Land Court of New
Zealand, on the 19th day of June, 1878, at Opotiki, in the said district, should be reheard before the said
Court, and that such rehearing shall take place before the 19th day of June, 1880:
Now, I hereby give notice that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Opotiki, Bay of
Plenty, on the 8th day of March next, for the rehearing of the afore-named claim.
