side at Tahuna Kawau; proceeds to Puke-
hue, Whataroa, Te Nge, Ngamotu, and as
far as the outside boundary of Tauranga;
and along that boundary as far as Umunga-
rara; thence it turns Westward, and runs
along the road of Kaimai and Kuranui, and
strikes Motuiti; runs along that stream to
Tukutapere, and along Tukutapere as far as
Te Kakaho; and runs on Southward to
Tahuna Kawau.

Hamaka, Rika Wharera-
rauhe, and others | Wairakau, Patetere | The boundary commences on the Western
side, Wairangatira, Te Anaatangiharuru,
Ngahaunoke, Whakamauaruhe, Ngahine-
matua, Ngatorokaroi; strikes the principal
line, turns to the Eastward, Waikohukohu;
turns Westward, and proceeds along the
line of Hamaria, arrives at Tuheihei; turns
to the South, and rejoins the commence-
ment.
Te Ia Punoke, Peina Te
Kere, Rika Te Wharera-
rauhe, and others | Hamaria, Patetere | Commences on the Western side, Tuheihei,
Hamaria, Puwharawhara, Hakimana, Wha-
rewera, Te Ahiateao; turns Southward
along the line, Waikohukohu; turns to the
Westward, Tapuaearahia, Kohatuwhakairo,
Papatangi, joins up at Tuheihei.

rarauhe, and others | Pukekaraka, Patetere | The boundary commences on the Southern
side, Te Whauhi; runs along the Oraka
Stream, Marangaiwhaoa, Tikinui; turns
Eastward, Tapapakanga, Te Puhikura,
strikes the line of Mangapouri; turns
Westward, Ngawaro; turns to Te Paraki,
Te Umukuri, Kopuapitoitoi, and closes up
at Te Whauhi.
Tamati Ranapiri and Ropata
Ranapiri | Ngatira, Patetere | Commences at the mouth of Mangakotaha,
proceeds along Oraka, Ngakoauau, Waika-
rakia, Wahikohatu, Kaimata, Haweraroa;
turns to the South, Te Tanga, Rahotu;
turns to the West, and joins up to the
starting-point.
Karanama Te Whakaheke,
Riria Tuheti, Atarea Tau-
ehe, Kere Te Hamaka, and
others | Titongi, Patetere... | The boundaries on the Southern side, Tuheihei,
proceed to Taupari, Taumanuka, Hamaria,
Puwharawhara, Te Huka, Te Ahiateao;
turn to the East, proceed along the line, Te
Mingi; turn to the West, Whareputa, Te
Tahakoka, Haruru, Te Kerikeringa, Te Niu,
the mouth of Pureirei, to the Paraha
Stream; turn to the South, and close up at
Tuheihei, the starting-point.

the South, and along the line, Porohepai,
Waihirere, Te Waiatekeho, Tuahukahakaha,
Te Mingi; turns to the West, Whareputa,

Niu, the mouth of Pureirei, to the Paraha
Stream; turns to the East, and along the
Waihou River, Te Arapuni, and strikes the

Wareware, Te Puni, Parakauwai, Te Kowhai,
Kawaunui, Te Whanake, Te Turi o Tihaere,
Oruahinepua; turns to Waikato, Moanaka-
rakia, Matanuku, Te Matai, Pakaawatea,
Te Tuhi, Maraitai, Te Rau-o-te-Huia, and
closes up at Rimu, the starting-point.
