exercise of the powers and authorities vested in
him by the sixth section of "The Public Reserves
Act Amendment Act, 1878," doth hereby declare
that, from and after the day of the date hereof,
the said reserve shall become vested in the said
Arrowtown Athenæum (Incorporated).
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Provincial District of
Otago, containing by admeasurement 1 acre, more or
less, being Section No. 1 of Block XXIV., in the
Town of Arrowtown. Bounded towards the North-
west by Section No. 2 of said block, and Crown
lands; ; towards the North-east by Crown lands;
towards the South-east by Section No. 4 of said
block; and towards the South-west, by Bedford
Street: as the same is delineated on the plan de-
posited in the Survey Office, Dunedin.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this
seventh day of December, 1880.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
IN exercise and pursuance of the powers vested in
him by "The Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1880," His
Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zea-
land, by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby
order and declare that the boundaries of the Tuturau
Rabbit District shall, from the date hereof, be those
described in the Schedule hereto, instead of those
defined in an Order in Council dated the twenty-
seventh day of July, one thousand eight hundred and
eighty.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Provincial District of
Otago, bounded towards the North and East by the
Kaiwera Rabbit District, as described in an Order
in Council of even date herewith, to the Mimihau
Stream; thence towards the South by that stream to
the Mataura River; and thence towards the West by
that river to the confluence of the Otakaranui
Stream.

IN exercise and pursuance of the powers vested in

Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby

defined in an Order in Council dated the thirteenth
day of July, one thousand eight hundred and eighty.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Provincial District of
Otago, bounded towards the North by the Southern
Trunk Railway, from the Mataura River to the
Waipahi River; thence towards the East by the said
river to a point due east of the south-east corner of
Tuturau Survey District; thence towards the South
by a right line to and along said survey district to a
point due north of Trig. Station T; thence towards
the West by a right line due north to the Mimihau
Stream; thence by that stream and Waiarikiki
Stream; again towards the North and West by
Block VIII., Tuturau Survey District, and by
Block VIII., Waikaka Survey District; again
towards the South by that block and the Otakaranui
Stream to the Mataura River; and again towards
the West by that river to the Southern Trunk Rail-
way, the starting point.

seventh day of December, 1880.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in
me by the eleventh section of "The Public
Reserves Act, 1877," I, Arthur Hamilton Gordon,
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of
the said colony, do hereby order and declare that the
reserve made for public recreation in the Provincial
District of Canterbury, and known as the Cust
Recreation-ground, and described in the Schedule
hereto, shall be and the same is hereby brought under
the operation of and declared to be subject to the
provisions of "The Public Domains Act, 1860," and
its amending Acts; and such domain shall hereafter
be managed, administered, and dealt with in manner
directed by the said Acts.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Mairaki Survey
District, Provincial District of Canterbury, contain-
ing 17 acres 3 roods 33 perches, more or less.
Bounded-Westward by Section No. 15483; North-
ard by the road north of that section, 1340 links;
Southward by Section No. 15484; and Eastward by a
line parallel to the western boundary: and numbered
2422 (in red) and 2423 (in red) on the official map
in the Survey Office, Christchurch.
