the public map of the said city, and is the piece of
land described in the certificate of title entered in the
Register-book, Vol. x., folio 237: and that I intend
to cause the same to be sold at the auction-rooms,
Panama Street, in the City of Wellington, of
Messieurs T. Kennedy Macdonald and Co., after the
expiration of three calendar months from this date,
namely, on Monday, the sixth day of December, 1880,
at two o'clock in the afternoon.
The Solicitor for the Execution Creditors is Mr.
Charles William Cutten, of Messieurs Moorhouse,
Edwards, and Cutten, Featherston Street, Wel-
lington.

CUST INSTITUTE HALL COMPANY (LIMITED).
A general meeting of Shareholders of the above
Company, duly called, and held in the Library
room on the evening of the 8th November, 1880, the
following resolution was unanimously carried: "This
general meeting of the Shareholders of the Cust
Institute Hall Company (Limited), having heard the
statement of the Liquidators, and having inspected
the report presented by them, is of opinion that the
affairs of the said Company have been fairly wound-
up."

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership
heretofore existing between the undersigned,
under the style of "Prins and Ellis," has been this
day dissolved by mutual consent.

I. HENRY EDWARD COMYN, of Christchurch,
Canterbury, have deposited with the Registrar
of this province testimonials of the following degrees
conferred on me, namely, Bachelor of Medicine of
the University of Dublin, 1871; Master of Surgery of
the University of Dublin, 1871; Licentiate of Mid-
wifery of the Coombe Hospital, Dublin, 1872; and I
intend to apply to the Registrar to have them
registered within one month.

HARE v. WALKER AND ANOTHER.
I HEREBY give notice that, under a writ of fieri
facias, duly issued out of the Supreme Court of
New Zealand, Otago and Southland District, at the
suit of JOHN HARE, of Invercargill, in the Colony of
New Zealand, Merchant, I have taken in execution
the equity of redemption of JAMES WALKER, of
Invercargill aforesaid, Bricklayer, and JANE WALKER,
his wife, in all that parcel of land, containing by
admeasurement 1 rood, more or less, situated in the
Town of Invercargill, and being Section 16, Block
XXXII., thereof; bounded on the North by Section
7 of the said block, 100 links; on the East by Sec-
tion 17 of said block, 250 links; and being the land
comprised in certificate of title entered in the
Register-book at Invercargill, Vol. xii., folio 234;
together with the buildings and erections thereon:
and that I intend to cause the same to be sold at the
auction-rooms of John Robert Cuthbertson, at Inver-
cargill, on Friday, the 17th day of December, 1880,
at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, unless the said judg-
ment shall have been previously satisfied.
The Solicitor for the Execution Creditors is Mr.
P. T. Finn, of Esk Street, Invercargill.
