I, FREDERICK WILLIAM ELLIOTT, Doctor and Bachelor of Medicine, Aberdeen University, and Member of the Royal College of Surgeons, England, hereby give notice that I have lodged my diplomas with the Registrar of Births, Deaths, and Marriages, Auckland; and that I intend to apply to have my name placed on the Register of Medical Practitioners in the Colony of New Zealand on the 14th day of December, 1880.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore existing between the undersigned, JAMES SMITH CROSS, the Younger, and CHRISTOPHER SMITH CROSS, carrying on business in copartnership at Wanganui as Timber Merchants, under the style or firm of "Cross Brothers," has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 1st day of October, 1880. The business will in future be carried on by the said JAMES SMITH CROSS, the younger, at Wanganui, by whom all accounts due by the late firm will be paid, and who is entitled to receive all moneys due to the said firm.
