LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.
NOTICE is hereby given that JANE MARY DUNCAN, of Palmerston, Widow, claiming as Devisee under the will of JAMES ALFRED DUNCAN, late of Palmerston, Hotelkeeper, deceased, has applied to be registered as Proprietress of an estate in fee-simple in Section 2, Block XXII., Town of Palmerston, and Allotment 10, Block I., Township of Ellensville, comprised in certificates of title, Register-book, Vol. xlvii., folio 281, and Vol. xliv., folio 21; and Allotment 10, Block I., such proprietress, unless caveat be lodged at this office forbidding the same within one calendar month from the date of the publication of this notice.

APPLICATION having been made to register a transfer from JOHN EDGAR, of Queenstown, Commission Agent, Trustee of the estate of EZRA ELDRED, of Few\'s Creek, Lake County, Limeburner, a bankrupt, to THOMAS HICKS, of Queenstown, Merchant, of Section 1, Block V., Mid-Wakitapu District, comprised in receipt of the Receiver of Land Revenue, Dunedin, Provisional Register, Vol. v., folio 376, and also for the issue of a provisional receipt for the said land; and evidence having been tendered of said receipt being lost or mislaid, and that the same is not deposited as security for any loan: Notice is hereby given that such transfer will be registered, production of said receipt dispensed with, and provisional receipt for said land issued, unless caveat forbidding the same be lodged within fourteen days from publication of this notice.
