Sale of Town and Suburban Sections, Opunake.

IT is hereby notified that the town and suburban
sections situate in the Town of Opunake, and
described in the Schedule hereunder, will be offered
for sale by public auction at the Town Hall, Hawera,
on Friday, the 17th day of December next, at the
hour of 11 o'clock in the forenoon.

NOTE.—The above township consists of fertile level
iand, situate on the coast-line, and is accessible by
coastal steamer; and the main coach-line of road
from Hawera to New Plymouth forms the main
street of the township, which is distant 38 miles
from New Plymouth. A road-line is now being
formed direct across Crown lands to the Railway
Station at Stratford, which is distant 24 miles from
Opunake.
Lithograph plans of the township can be obtained
at any of the land offices in the colony after the 20th
instant, and copies of the plan, with list of sections,
will be exhibited at the principal post offices and
railway stations throughout the colony.
Terms of Sale: One-fourth of purchase-money to
be paid at sale, and the balance to the Receiver of
Land Revenue, Carlyle or Hawera, within one calen-
dar month from date of sale; otherwise the deposit
will be forfeited, and the contract for the sale of the
land thenceforth be null and void.
Crown-grant fee to be paid on completion of pur-
chase.
