| Three acres, more or less, being part of Rural Section No. 8439, and bounded as follows: Commencing at a point on the eastern boundary of the said section distant 4 chains 784 links northerly from the south-east corner of the said section; thence northerly along the said eastern boundary, 10 chains 23.8 links; thence westerly at a right angle, 3 chains; thence southerly at a right angle, 9 chains 78 links; and from thence returning easterly by a straight line, 3 chains 3.4 links, to the commencing point.

HERCULES ROBINSON, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the second section of "The Cemeteries Management Act, 1877," I, Sir Hercules George Robert Robinson, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

Richard Westenra, jun. John Dilloway. William Irvine. William Robert Maddison. George Burgess. John Talbot Wright. DUNSANDEL CEMETERY.
All that area in the Rakaia Road District, Provincial District of Canterbury, containing 12 acres, more or less, being Section No. 2287 (in red). Bounded towards the North-east by a road line for a distance of about 15 chains; towards the North-west by the Main South Road for a distance of about 10 chains; towards the South-west by Section No. 1763 (in red) for a distance of about 10 chains 50 links; and towards the South-east by a road line for a distance of about 11 chains as the same is delineated on the official map in the Provincial District Survey Office, Christchurch.

Bounded on the North-east by Lot 14, 899 links; towards the South- east by a road, 560 links; towards the South-west by a road, 898 links; and towards the North-west by a road, 563 links.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this thirtieth day of August, one thousand eight hundred and seventy- nine.
