Auckland, August 2nd, 1879.
WHEREAS by an Order of Council made on the 19th day of December, 1878, it was ordered by His
Excellency the Governor in Council, under "The Native Land Act, 1873," "The Native Land Act,
1874," and "The Native Land Act, 1878," that the claim of Peraniko Parakiri and others, to a piece of
land, situated at Kaingaroa, in the District of the Bay of Plenty, called Kaingaroa, No. 1 (advertised for
hearing as Kaingaroa No. 2, in the Kahiti o Niu Tireni, No. 5, of the 28th of February, 1878), heard and
determined by the Native Land Court of New Zealand, on the 17th day of September, 1878, at Matata, in
the said District, should be reheard before the said Court, and that such rehearing shall take place before
the 27th day of September, 1879.
Now, I hereby give notice that a Sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Te Matata, Bay of
Plenty, on the 6th day of September next, for the rehearing of the aforenamed claim.
