NATIVE LANDS COURT.
Notice under the Native Land Acts, 1873-74, of Times and Places for Investigating Claims.

NOTICE is hereby given that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons
whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several
blocks of land, of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of
which are published in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated at Te Matata, Bay of Plenty, on the
6th day of September next, and following days.

SCHEDULE.

Name of Claimant. Name and Locality of Block. Boundaries. Place where Plan will be deposited for public inspection.
Wi Patene, Tarahanga, Mehaka Tokopouna- mu, and Hataraka Ruka Waikowhewhe Pokairoa, near Karatia Commences at Te Raepohatu and goes

on to Matapakia, Te Whareana,
Okui, Opoukehu, Hauturu, Aniwa-
niwa, Te Maire, Te Totara, and Te
Puauowaikowhewhe, then turns
towards the West, and goes along by
the Waikowhewhe River to Te One-
pu, Te Kiokio, Ngamokaikai and the
surveyed line of Ngatirangitihi,
thence by that line to Te Aruhera-
uriri, and the surveyed line of Nga-
timanaora, and by that line to the
commencement | The maps of such of these lands as have been surveyed can be seen at the office of the Native Land Court, Tauranga. |
| Te Whaiti Nahoro, Ma- nuka Te Mauparaoa, Ngaporo, Te Pahu, Te Whatanui, Tamawhatu Te Hoa, Titi Te Reti, Karo Te Wharera- rauhe, Te Mara Te Tuhi, Hepeta Tuki- kauri, Te Rehutai, Epiha Patuatu, and Pika Hara | Otipa, near Matata | Commences at Otipa, and goes on to
Te Wairapukau, Hungipaku, Te
Waro, Te Pungapunga, Taumata-o-te-
Hariki, Te Puamango, Te Whatinga-
a-nga-rua, and Waikowhewhe, then
goes along by the Rangitaiki River
to Te Tokotokorau, Te Kopuaahau,
Omutu, and thence to the commencing
