NATIVE LANDS COURT.
Notice under the Native Land Acts 1873-74, of Times and Places for Investigating Claims.

NOTICE is hereby given that at the Court fixed to be holden at Opotiki, on the 13th day of August next,
the claims on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose names are mentioned in
the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks of land, of which the names and
localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published in the Schedule
hereunder, will be investigated.

SCHEDULE.

Name of Claimant. Name and Locality of Block. Boundaries. Place where Plan will be deposited for public inspection.
Patara Whetariki, Ihaia Tarakawa, Hohaia Ta- rakawa, and Ka Patara Otarapata, near Opotiki. Commences on the coast towards the North-west and goes on to Tamahuia, on the South-west by Otuhare, thence towards North-east to Miti- wai The maps of such of these lands as have been surveyed can be seen at the Resident Magistrate's Court Opotiki.
Te Hata, Hamuhona, Haimona, and Mere Reweti Whangaparaca, near Opotiki Commences at Wakanapanapa, and goes on to Tapuaeharuru, and Kohe- tehe, thence by the Mangapouri River to the Whangaparaca River, down that river to its mouth, then along the coast, and on to the com- mencement at Waikanapanapa
Te Hatiwira, Hare Te Paku, Te Kawi Te Rangi, Petuere Rau- riki, Wiremu Kairau, and Hare Mokena Opotiki No. 2, Opotiki. Commences at Whatapakeke, and goes on to Te Kie, Te Kokoanga, Te Kai- huki and Pukepeke, thence along on the Government boundary of Opotiki No. 1 to Te Popo, Rongomai- poto, Te Rengerenge, and Pukeka- karu, turns and goes to the Opotiki River at Umukawai, thence to Ora- ngaiti, and thence to Whatapakeke, the commencement
