Schedule of "The Government Insurance and An-
nuities Act, 1874."

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this
twenty-fifth day of July, 1879.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by the fifth section of " "The Govern-
ment Insurance and Annuities Act, 1874"
(hereinafter referred to as "the said Act"), it is
enacted that the Governor shall have power, by
Order in Council, from time to time to alter the
forms contained in the Schedules to the said Act,
for the purpose of better carrying into effect the
objects of this Act:
And whereas it is expedient that the form of ac-
count contained in the Second Schedule of the said
Act should be altered, and that the form so altered
should be used in future:
Now, therefore, I, Hercules George Robert
Robinson, the Governor of the Colony of New
Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and
authority vested in me by the said Act, and by and
with the advice of the Executive Council of the said
colony, do hereby alter the form contained in the said
Schedule to the form set forth in the Schedule
hereto.
