HEREBY give notice that, under a writ of fieri
I facias, duly issued out of the Supreme Court at
the suit of the BANK OF NEW ZEALAND, carrying on
business at Napier, I have taken in execution the
equity of redemption of ROBERT MCKNIGHT in all
those pieces of land situate in the Provincial District
of Hawke's Bay, being Sections numbers 114 and
121 on the Government plan of the Ormondville
Special Settlement, and being the whole of the land
comprised in the receipt of the Receiver of Land
Revenue, registered Provisional Register, Vol. iv.,
folio 284; and that I intend to cause the same to
be sold at the auction-rooms of Edward Lyndon,
Auctioneer, at Napier, on the ninth day of October,
1879, at two o'clock in the afternoon.

Licentiate in Midwifery, now residing at Riverton,
do hereby give notice that I intend to apply to you,
on the 12th day of August, 1879, to have my name
placed on the Register of Medical Practitioners in
the Colony of New Zealand; and I have deposited
diplomas along with this in your office for public in-
spection in terms of "The Medical Practitioners Act,

I, COLIN MCKENZIE GORDON, Sheriff of the
District of Otago, do hereby give notice that,
under a writ of fieri facias, duly issued out of the
Supreme Court at the suit of MATTHEW GAWTHORP
HEELES, of the City of Dunedin, Merchant, I have
taken in execution the fee-simple of JOHN BONHAM,
of the City of Dunedin aforesaid, Merchant, in all
those allotments or parcels of land situate in the City
of Dunedin aforesaid, numbered 37 and 29 on the
plan of subdivision, by one William Fenwick, of
Sections 49, 50, 51, and 52, of Block XXX., on the
record map of the said city, which said allotments form
part of said Section 49, commencing at a point in
Cumberland Street which forms the north-western
boundary of the said section, distant 6 feet or there-
abouts from the boundary line between the said
Section 49 and the said Section 50, and extending
thence in a south-westerly direction along the said
street. Bounded on or towards the North-west by
Cumberland Street, 20 feet; on or towards the
South-west by Allotments 38 and 28 on said plan of
subdivision, 100 feet; on or towards the South-
east by right-of-way 15 feet wide, 20 feet; and
on or towards the North-east by Allotments Nos.
36 and 30 on the said plan of subdivision, 100 feet;
together with the buildings and erections there-
on. And I hereby also give notice that I intend to
cause the said land to be sold at the auction-rooms of
Messrs. Bastings, Leary, and Co., in the said City
of Dunedin, on the 25th day of October, 1879, at 2
o'clock in the afternoon, unless the debt be sooner
paid.

Street, Auckland.
