NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels of
land hereinafter described will be brought under
the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act, 1870,"
unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same in each
case within one calendar month from date of publi-
cation of this notice.

SIR,-We, the undersigned, are desirous, under
section 88 of "The Mines Act, 1877," of amending
the titles we at present hold to the herein-mentioned
certificates for Dams and Easements attached, and
obtaining in lieu thereof a Water-license embracing
the whole under the provisions of section 31, sub-
section 3, of "The Mines Act, 1877."

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICE.

NOTICE is hereby given that all that piece of land
being Allotments numbered respectively 7 and
14 on a plan deposited in the Lands Registry Office,
Dunedin, of subdivision of, inter alia, Sections num-
bered 56 and 57, Block XXII., on the map of the
said Town of Dunedin, being the whole of the land
comprised in certificate of title of ANDREW CRAIG,
Vol. xxii., folio 223, is offered for sale; and further
that, unless within one calendar month from the date
of the Gazette containing this notice a sufficient
amount shall have been realized to satisfy the prin-
cipal and interest moneys due on a certain memo-
randum of mortgage registered in this office as
No. 1354, and all expenses of such sale or incidental
thereto, an order will be issued by me in favour of
HENRY HORATIO KITCHENER, the Mortgagee, pur-
suant to section 127 of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," foreclosing the said Andrew Craig, and all
persons claiming through or under him, from all right
and equity of redemption of the said land.

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICE.

NOTICE is hereby given that JANE TERESA
MCBRIDE, of Queenstown, in the Provincial
District of Otago, Widow, claiming as Administratrix
of the Estate of JOHN MCBRIDE, late of Queenstown
aforesaid, Hotelkeeper, deceased intestate, has made
application to the District Land Registrar of Otago
to be registered as Proprietor in fee-simple of Sections
numbered respectively 4 and 5, Block XLVII., 8, 9,
and 10, Block XXXVII., 49, Block XX., on the map
of the said town, and Sections numbered respectively
81 and 88, Block III., on the map of the District of
Shotover; and that the said Jane Teresa McBride
will be so registered as such proprietor, unless caveat
be lodged in this office forbidding the same within
one calendar month from the date of the Gazette
containing this notice.
