I HEREBY give notice that, under a writ of fieri
facias, duly issued out of the Supreme Court at
the suit of ARTHUR BIGBY BUNNY, of the Town of
Masterton, Solicitor, I have taken in execution the
equity of redemption of GEORGE HEDGER, of the City
of Wellington, Painter, in all that parcel of land,
being portion of Section 239 on the plan of the City
of Wellington, and being Allotments numbered 28
and 29 on the plan of the said section as subdivided.
Bounded towards the North, thirty-three feet six
inches and thirty-three feet six inches, by Vivian
Street; towards the South, thirty-three feet six inches
and thirty-three feet six inches, by other part of the
said section; towards the East by Lot 27 of the said
section; and towards the West by Lot 30; and
measuring respectively ninety-nine feet; together
with the buildings and erections thereon: and that I
intend to cause the same to be sold at the auction-
rooms of Messrs. Laery and Campbell, in the City of
Wellington, on the eighth day of October, 1879, at
two o'clock in the afternoon, unless the same be pre-
viously released.
The Solicitor for the Execution Creditor is Mr. H.
H. Travers, of Featherston Street, Wellington.

business at Napier, I have taken in execution the
equity of redemption of ROBERT MCKNIGHT in all
those pieces of land situate in the Provincial District
of Hawke's Bay, being Sections numbers 114 and
121 on the Government plan of the Ormondville
Special Settlement, and being the whole of the land
comprised in the receipt of the Receiver of Land
Revenue, registered Provisional Register, Vol. iv.,
folio 284; and that I intend to cause the same to
be sold at the auction-rooms of Edward Lyndon,
Auctioneer, at Napier, on the ninth day of October,
1879, at two o'clock in the afternoon.

be made payable.
Postage or duty stamps cannot in any case be received in
payment from any place at which post-office orders are issued,
and, under any circumstances, are subject to a reduction at the
rate of one shilling in the pound.
NO ADVERTISEMENT WILL IN FUTURE BE INSERTED WITHOUT
PREPAYMENT BEING MADE.
