Appointing Assessment Courts under "The Land-
Tax Act, 1878"
HERCULES ROBINSON, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and autho-
rity vested in me by the thirty-third section of
"The Land-Tax Act, 1878," I, Sir Hercules George
Robert Robinson, the Governor of the Colony of
New Zealand, do hereby appoint the Assessment
Courts named in the first column of the Schedule
hereto to be Courts for the purposes of the said Act,
in addition to those published in the New Zealand
Gazette of the 12th June ultimo.
As witness the hand of his Excellency the
Governor, this eighth day of July, one
thousand eight hundred and seventy-
nine.
