NOTICE is hereby given that, at a special general
meeting of the above Company, held on the
19th day of May, 1879, a special resolution was
passed that the said Company be wound up volun-
tarily.

PARTNERSHIP NOTICE.

NOTICE is hereby given that Messrs. HOOPER and
DODSON, Brewers and Maltsters, have this day
admitted Mr. HENRY DODSON, of Nelson, as a part-
ner in the firm. The business will be carried on as
usual, by the undersigned, under the style or firm of
"Hooper and Dodson."

Dated at Nelson, this 26th day of May, 1879.

per annum, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE.
ADVERTISEMENTS will be charged for according to the
following scale:-

Booksellers and Advertising Agents will be allowed a com-
mission at the rate of five per cent.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the
paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across
the face of the advertisement.
Communications should be addressed to the Government
Printer, Wellington, to whom Post Office Money Orders should
be made payable.
Postage or duty stamps cannot in any case be received in
payment from any place at which post-office orders are issued,
and, under any circumstances, are subject to a reduction at the
rate of one shilling in the pound.
NO ADVERTISEMENT WILL IN FUTURE BE INSERTED WITHOUT
PREPAYMENT BEING MADE.
