Now, therefore, I, Hercules George Robert Robin-
son, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do
hereby proclaim and declare that, on and from the
date of this Proclamation, the said "Dog Nuisance
Act, 1854," shall come into operation within the dis-
trict comprised within the County of Coromandel,
and the said Act shall extend and apply to the said
County of Coromandel accordingly.

Revoking Notice under Sections 142, 143, 144, and
145 of "The Harbours Act, 1878," published in
the New Zealand Gazette No. 51, of 15th May,
1879.

W HEREAS a certain notice bearing date the
twelfth day of May, one thousand eight hun-
dred and seventy-nine, and published in the New
Zealand Gazette No. 51, of the fifteenth day of May,
one thousand eight hundred and seventy-nine, and
purporting to be made under the one hundred and
forty-second, one hundred and forty-third, one hundred
and forty-fourth, and one hundred and forty-fifth sec-
tions of "The Harbours Act, 1878," was given by me
to the Otago Harbour Board that I should, on behalf
of Her Majesty the Queen, on a day therein named,
enter upon and take possession of certain land parti-
cularly described in the Schedule thereto:
Now, therefore, I, Sir Hercules George Robert
Robinson, the Governor of the Colony of New Zea-
land, do hereby, by virtue of the powers vested in me
by the aforesaid sections of "The Harbours Act,
1878," revoke the aforesaid notice, and the same is
revoked accordingly.
Given under the hand of His Excellency

of the District Court of Dunedin shall be held as
follows, in lieu of those previously fixed and ap-
pointed:-
In the Resident Magistrate's Courthouse,
Dunedin, for the despatch of Civil business,
on the thirtieth day of June, twenty-fifth day
of July, first and twenty-sixth day of Sep-
tember, thirty-first day of October, twenty-
fourth day of November, one thousand eight
hundred and seventy-nine.
Provided that in case any of the days so fixed as
aforesaid shall happen to be a holiday, then the
Court appointed for that day shall be holden on the
first day thereafter not being a holiday.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this sixth day of June, one
thousand eight hundred and seventy-
nine.

Fixing Sittings of District Court of Tokomairiro and
Clutha.
HERCULES ROBINSON, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and
authority in this behalf enabling me, I Hercules
George Robert Robinson, the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, do hereby fix and appoint that sit-
tings of the District Court of the Tokomairiro and
Clutha District shall be held as follows, in lieu of
those previously fixed and appointed :-
At Tokomairiro, in the Resident Magistrate's
Courthouse, for the despatch of Criminal and
Civil business, on the eighteenth day of June,
fifteenth day of July, twenty-third day of
August, fifteenth day of September, twenty-
fourth day of October, seventeenth day of
November, and twentieth day of December,
one thousand eight hundred and seventy-nine.
Provided that in case any of the days so fixed as
aforesaid shall happen to be a holiday, then the
Court appointed for that day shall be holden on the
first day thereafter not being a holiday.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this sixth day of June, one

Public Vaccinators appointed.

IT is hereby notified that, under the provisions of
"The Public Health Act, 1876," His Excellency
the Governor has been pleased to appoint the under-
mentioned gentlemen to be Public Vaccinators, to
perform gratuitous vaccination in accordance with
the provisions of the said Act, and any regulations
made or to be made thereunder, for the districts
mentioned in the Schedule hereto, and set opposite
their names respectively.
