NOTICE is hereby given that EDMUND BURKE
GOODMAN, of Wellington, Compositor, claim-
ing as Heir-at-law of the late HANNAH MORE GOOD-
MAN, Wife of HENRY JOSEY GOODMAN, Of Welling-
ton, Fancy Goods Importer, has applied to be
registered Proprietor of that part of Section 624,
Nelson, comprised in Certificate of Title, Vol. i. c,
folio 501; and that he will be so registered unless
caveat forbidding the same be lodged on or before
the 14th day of July next.

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICE.

SAMUEL GREAR, of Wellington, in the Colony
of New Zealand, Cordial Manufacturer, the
registered proprietor of Mortgage No. 1956 of part
of Section 394, City of Wellington, being Lot 19 on
deposited plan No. 31, having applied for an order of
foreclosure against the right of redemption of the
said land, under section 126 of "The Land Transfer
Act, 1870," and having tendered evidence of the
matters required to be proved upon such application,
I hereby, in terms of the said Act, offer the said land
for sale for the purpose of satisfying the amount of
principal, interest, and costs due on the said mortgage
(subject to prior mortgage No. 697 affecting the
same land); and I give notice that an order of fore-

closure will be made as aforesaid, unless the amount
due be satisfied on or before the 5th day of July,
1879.
