NOTICE.

Native Land Court Office,
Auckland, 17th May, 1879.

WHEREAS by an Order in Council made on the 26th day of November, 1878, it was ordered by His
Excellency the Governor in Council under "The Native Lands Act, 1873," and "The Native Lands
Act, 1874," and "The Native Lands Act, 1878," that the claim of Arihi Te Nahu to succeed to the heredita-
ments of Hetekia Tahatu, in the Whenuakura Block, situate in the District of Hawke's Bay, heard and
determined by the Native Land Court of New Zealand, on the 25th day of July, 1876, at Napier, in the
said district, should be reheard before the said Court, and that such rehearing shall take place before the
25th day of July, 1879.

Now, I hereby give notice that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Napier, Hawke's
Bay, on the 16th of July next, for the rehearing of the afore-mentioned claim.
