OTICE is hereby given that at the sitting of this Court to be held at Kaihu, Kaipara, on the
7th day of May next, and following days, will be heard the claims of the persons whose names
appear in the first column to succeed to the interest of the persons deceased whose names appear in the
second column, in the blocks of land named in the third column.
If any of the deceased owners have left a will, those claiming to succeed should be careful to produce
such will in Court, for the information and guidance of the Judge in deciding according to the intention of
the deceased.
