PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.
IN conformity with the thirty-seventh section of
"The Mines Act, 1877," and with the regulations
made under that Act for the granting of leases for
gold-mining purposes, it is hereby notified that it is
intended to grant a lease of Crown lands for gold-
mining purposes to the applicants specified in the
annexed Schedule, unless there shall be valid objec-
tions against such lease.
Objections to the granting of such lease, stating
the grounds of objection, must be made in writing,
and lodged with the Warden at Dunganville on or
before the 2nd day of April, 1879.
Copy of the application made and plan annexed
may be seen at the Warden's Office at Dunganville.
SCHEDULE.
APPLICANTS: Alexander McPherson and party.
Style under which it is intended to conduct the
business: "The Last Look-Out Gold-Mining Com-
pany." 2 acres, in the Westland Mining District.
