IN pursuance and exercise of all powers and authorities vested in me by "The Rating Act, 1876,"
Zealand, do hereby appoint the person named in the Schedule hereto to be the Judge of the Assess-
ment Court for the district placed opposite his name.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, this eighth day
of April, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-nine.

PURSUANT to "The Manawatu Land Orders Act, 1877," I, David Lewis, a Commissioner under the
Ordinance of the Legislative Council, Session XI., No. 15, do, with respect to the claim specified in
the first column of the Schedule hereto, report to the effect set forth in the second column of such
Schedule.

James Nairne Scott, William Baker, and Percival Alleyn Entitled to receive Government scrip to the amount of £400, in
Nairne, Trustees under the will of Alexander Nairne, satisfaction of Land Orders Nos. 667 and 771, the value of the same
late of Camberwell, Surrey, in England being £200.
