NATIVE LANDS COURT.
Notice under the Native Land Acts, 1873-74, of Times and Places for investigating Claims.

NOTICE is hereby given that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons
whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several
blocks of land of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of
which are published in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated at Makaraka, Poverty Bay, on the 10th
of April next, and following days.

SCHEDULE.

Name of Claimant. Name and Locality of Block. Boundaries. Place where Plan will be deposited for public inspection.
Miriama Kuhukuhu, Anaru Ratapu, and Noko Hurimoana, near Gisborne The boundaries are—Manutukea, the road to Te Wairoa, Whakangaunga- huru, and Te Waiti The maps of these lands can be seen at the Resident Magistrate's Court, Gisborne.
Ihaka Te Rangioue, Hori Poipoi, Hori Puihi, Wi Kaipuke, Hami Te Hau, Paora Haki, Ihaka, Tamihana Taruke, Pimia Aata, and others Takararoa, near Gisborne Commences at Hamoringa, and goes on to Te Papakiwhakaturanga, Tawhitio- maungatere, Waipawa, goes thence to Te Waiau, and the mouth of the Mangahohoriki River, and thence to the commencement
Ihaka Ngarangioue, Hami Te Arikitutu, Eru Pohatu, Wi Kaipuke, Erina Timo, Terina Parea, Tiopira Mo, Pimia Aata, Wi Paetarewa, Hami Te Hau, Paora Haki, Ihaka, Rawinia Apatu, Hoera Ngau- ngau, Hirini Tipare, and Riria Te Apu Te Paritu, near Gisborne Commences at Waikara, and goes on to Te Kairanga, Te Whakamarumaru, Te Ahimanawa, Te Hiwera, Tauma- tahou, Papahauhunga, Te Puni, Te Pohoorongoiwaho, Waipawa, Tawhi- tiamaungatere, Te Papakiatewhakaa- tunga, goes thence to the beach, and on to the commencement
