Scale of License Fees.
Wagons, with 21-inch tires, per annum ... Β£40

" 4 " " 20
" 5 " " 1
" 6 " " Free.
All drays or other vehicles with 2-inch tires
carrying over one ton in weight, and using the
public roads of the district, shall be licensed by the
Board, and the owner or driver thereof shall pay a
license fee of twenty pounds per annum.

Any person offending against this by-law shall be
liable to a penalty of two pounds for each offence.
This by-law shall come into operation on and after
the first day of April, 1879.
