WILLIAM JOSEPH CAWKWELL, of the City
of Auckland, in the Provincial District of
Auckland, Accountant, having made an application,
as Devisee in trust, with power of sale, under the
Will of WILLIAM POTTER, late of Epsom, near Auck-
land, Settler, deceased, to be registered as Proprietor
in fee-simple in all that parcel of land situated in the
Parish of Waitemata, and County of Eden, contain-
ing 1 rood and 38 perches, more or less, being
Allotments 7 and 10, and part of Allotment 8, in the
Village of Onehunga, and being the whole of the
land included in existing Certificate of Title, regis-
tered in Vol. viii., folio 173, of the Register Book:
Notice is herehy given that the Applicant will be
registered accordingly, unless caveat forbidding the
same be lodged at this office on or before the 8th
day of April next.

PARTNERSHIP DISSOLVED.

THE Partnership between GEORGE STEVENSON
MARSHALL, ALFRED BUCKLEY, and DAVID MID-
FORD MARSHALL, hitherto trading together as
Builders, at Christchurch, under the name of
"Buckley and Marshall," has this day been dis-
solved by mutual consent; Mr. George Stevenson
Marshall being authorized to settle all debts of the
firm.

THE TOOKEY TRIBUTE COMPANY (LIMITED).

NOTICE OF FINAL MEETING OF COMPANY.

NOTICE is hereby given that an Extraordinary
General Meeting of the Shareholders of the
Tookey Tribute Company (Limited) will be held at
Mr. Tothill's office, Shortland Street, Auckland, on
Monday, the 7th day of April, 1879, at the hour of
2 o'clock p.m., for the purpose of considering an
account to be laid before them by the Liquidator,
showing the manner in which the winding up of the
affairs of the Company has been conducted, and the
property of the Company disposed of, and, if approved
of, to pass the following resolution: "That the affairs
of the Company have been fairly wound up."

Company, it was resolved that the New Zealand Steam
Shipping Company (Limited) be wound up volun-
tarily, and that this resolution was confirmed at a
special meeting of the Company duly convened and
held for that purpose on the 14th day of February,
