That all existing fences and buildings, so far as
they affect the boundaries of the said land, are
shown on the said plan, and are in the positions

nor has been pleased to pronounce the under-
mentioned gold-mining leases in the Otago Gold
Fields cancelled, and that the ground is now open for
application as if no lease of the said ground had ever
been applied for:—
