Application for Registration of two Trade Marks.

NOTICE is hereby given that EDWARD WATERS,
Patent Agent, of Melbourne, in the Colony of
Victoria, has applied, on behalf of Mr. SELAH REEVE
VAN DUZER, trading as "Van Duzer and Richards,"
of 114 aud 116, Southampton Row, London, Importer
and Manufacturer of American and English Speciali-
ties, to register under "The Trade Marks Act, 1866,"
the trade marks, of which the following is a des-
cription, viz:--

Description of Trade Mark No. 1.

An oblong label surrounded by a fine line within
which is an irregular border entwined with and
ornamented by flowers. At the top is a medal-
lion suspended by a ribbon. In the centre of this
medallion is a female head with bridal wreath and
veil. Under this are the words, "Bridal Bouquet
Bloom for Beautifying the Complexion. Ever Bloom-
ing, Ever Young. This exquisite preparation, by a
single application, requiring but a moment of time,
imparts to the face, neck, arms, and hands a delicate
softness and marble purity, with the tint and
fragrance of the Lily and the Rose. It removes
tan-freckles, sunburn, and all roughness and
blemishes. Beauty. A Brilliant Complexion. The
Fountain of Youth. Patronized by all the Euro-
pean Courts, and the élite of America. Price 3/6.

A Preparation for the Toilet.

Description of Trade Mark No. 2.

An oblong label surrounded by a fine line
within which is an irregular border entwined with
and ornamented by flowers. At the top is a bell
suspended by a ribbon. Under this are the words,
"Floral Bell Fragrant Elixir or Liquid Dentifrice.
Unequalled for cleansing, preserving, and beautifying
the teeth and hardening the gums. It removes all
tartar, hardens the enamel, arrests decay, and im-
parts to the breath a most delightful fragrance.
Patronized by all the European Courts and the
élite of America. Price 2/6. Sold by all Chemists

trict (Mr. Thomas Telford) has reported that he
has granted clean certificates for the under-men-
tioned flocks of sheep:-
