SUBDIVISION OF HEREDITAMENTS.
Native Land Court Office,
Auckland, November 28th, 1879.
NOTICE is hereby given, that at a sitting of this Court to be held at Cambridge, in the District of
Waikato, on the 14th day of January next, will be heard the applications of the persons whose
names appear in the first column, for the subdivision of the hereditaments comprised in the Crown grants
of the pieces of land the names of which appear in the second column, situate in the districts named in
the third column.

NOTICE is hereby given that at the sitting of this Court to be held at Cambridge, Waikato, on the
14th of January next, and following days, will be heard the claims of the persons whose names
appear in the first column to succeed to the interest of the persons deceased, whose names appear in the
second column in the blocks of land named in the third column.
If any of the people who are dead have made wills, let not those who claim to succeed them neglect to
produce them, that the Judge may see, and decide according to the wish of the deceased.
