NORTHERN DISTRICT. PROVINCIAL DISTRICT OF WELLINGTON.
A sitting of the Native Land Court of New Zealand, begun and holden at Whanganui, on the 13th
day of January, 1879, and concluded on the 28th day of February, 1879, before Theophilus Heale,
Esquire, Judge, and George Leef, Assessor:
In the matter of the application of Te Rau Karahi and another for rehearing, and in pursuance of the
Order in Council in that behalf made the second day of July, 1878, it was ordered that a memorial of the
ownership of Aperahama Tahunuiarangi, Moko Rongohikaia, and Tamihana Makohu, of a parcel of land at
Pikopiko, in the district aforesaid, containing 1,112 acres, and known by the name of Pikopiko No. 3, be
inscribed on a separate folium of the Court Rolls.
Witness the hand of Theophilus Heale, Esquire, Judge, and the Seal of the Court, this
28th day of February, 1879.
