IN pursuance and exercise of the power and
authority in this behalf enabling me, I, Hercules
George Robert Robinson, Governor of the Colony of
New Zealand, do hereby fix and appoint that a sitting
of the District Court of Tokomairiro and Clutha for
civil and criminal business shall be held as fol-
lows:-

In the Resident Magistrate's Courthouse at Tapa-
nui on the thirteenth day of November instant.
