19th November to be a Bank Holiday in Counties of
Wairarapa East and West.
18th November to be a Bank Holiday, and 19th and
20th to be Bank Half-holidays, in Ashburton.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of all powers and au-
thorities enabling me in that behalf, I, Hercules
George Robert Robinson, Governor of the Colony of
New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that,
by Order in Council made under the provisions of
"The Bank Holidays Act, 1873," of even date here-
with, I have appointed Wednesday, the nineteenth
day of November instant, to be observed as a bank
holiday, under and for the purposes of the above-
mentioned Act, within the Boroughs of Greytown
and Masterton, and the Counties of Wairarapa East
and Wairarapa West.
Given under the hand of His Excellency
Sir Hercules George Robert Robinson,
Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distin-
guished Order of Saint Michael and Saint
George, Governor and Commander-in-
Chief in and over Her Majesty's Colony
of New Zealand and its Dependencies,
and Vice-Admiral of the same; and issued
under the Seal of the said Colony, at the
Government House, at Wellington, this
eighth day of November, in the year
of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and seventy-nine.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of all powers and au-
thorities enabling me in that behalf, I, Hercules
George Robert Robinson, Governor of the Colony of
New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that,
by an Order in Council made under the provisions
of "The Bank Holidays Act, 1873," and "The
Bank Holidays Amendment Act, 1878," and bearing
even date herewith, I have declared Tuesday, the
eighteenth day of November instant, to be a bank
holiday, and Wednesday, the nineteenth day of
November instant, and Thursday, the twentieth day
of November instant, to be bank half-holidays from
the hour of noon, under and for the purposes of the
above-mentioned Acts, within the Borough of Ash-
burton and the County of Ashburton.
