Notice under the Native Land Acts, 1873-74, of Times and Places for Investigating Claims.

N OTICE is hereby given that at the Court fixed to be holden at Tauranga, on the 29th day of October next, the claims on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks of land of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated.

SCHEDULE.

Name of Claimant. Name and Locality of Block. Boundaries. Place where Plan will be deposited for public inspection.
Henare Piripi, Hirini Paraone, Wi Piahana, Te Wakatana, Honepa Waitara, and Hori Tangatangata Te Taumata, at Taumata The boundary commences at the Govern- ment boundary and goes on to Te Pukewharangi, Orua, Oruataitai, Te Rotokahiko, Te Kekeriao, Te Toro, and Te Rerenga, turns here and goes to Puwhenua, Upokotio, Kakanui, Pukukahua, Karameanui, Rangiahua, Ngatawai, Wahangapu, Turerepoto, and Te Wakaumu, and thence to the Government boundary The maps of these lands, if they have been surveyed, can be seen at the Courthouse of the Resident Magistrate, Tauranga.
Taua Rewi, Pehiriri, Tatare Wakapaea, Matehaere, Hone Makaururi, Niheta Taua, and Nikora Teira Oropi, near Te Waoku Commences at the public road to Roto- rua, at the place where the road strikes the Rerenga River, and goes by that road to the boundary of the confiscated land, and by that boun- dary to Rapanui, thence to Te Ma- maku on the Rerenga River, and by that river to the public road at the commencement
