THE Wairoa Highway Board, having examined the
the proposed Road on the south side of the Kohi
Stream, and no objections having been made respect-
ing such Road, hereby order it to be constructed
according to the line shown by such plan, section,
and specifications.

I, the undersigned, hereby make application to
register the North Tipperary Gold-Mining
Company as a Limited Company under the pro-
visions of "The Mining Companies Act, 1872."

  1. The name of the Company is to be the North Tipperary
    Gold-Mining Company.
  2. The place of intended operations is at Macetown, Arrow
    River District, Lake County, in the Provincial District of
    Otago.
  3. The registered office of the Company will be situated at
    Rattray Street, Dunedin.
  4. The nominal capital of the Company is nine thousand six
    hundred pounds sterling, in nine thousand six hundred shares
    of one pound each.
  5. The number of shares subscribed for is nine thousand six
    hundred, being the entire number of shares in the Company.
  6. The number of paid-up shares is nil.
  7. The amount already paid up is two shillings per share.
  8. The name of the Manager is Henry Beveridge McIntosh.
  9. The names, addresses, and occupations of the shareholders,
    and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as
    follow:—

    General Assembly of New Zealand intituled "The
    Justices of the Peace Act, 1866.'
